The mission of the Library Media Center is to provide members of the learning community with equitable access to information, ideas, and learning tools, and to educate learners to effectively locate, evaluate, and use these resources to become independent lifelong learners.

Samantha Roslund received her English bachelor degree from Western Michigan University with an emphasis in Creative Writing.  She and her husband then moved up to Anchorage, Alaska where she wrote for a small newspaper based out of Dutch Harbor in the Aleutian Islands.  They returned to Michigan and she earned her Masters in Library Science from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.  She works with both students and teachers, instructing on ways to access information in a wide variety of formats.  She teaches lessons on how to retrieve, evaluate, and use information and technology, and introduces students to literature and other resources to enrich their lives.
